A video of a man caressing and "hitting" on the statue of a barely clad
woman has surfaced and is making waves on social media.

 In it, a security man is seen with a stick trying to chase him away, all to no avail. Also, a crowd gathers and they can be heard laughing and cheering.  Lol!! Insane people everywhere !
